Description
A drawing that actually fit into my scanner!!! XD Anymore my works are bigger than my dinky little scanner. I love the sweeping motions your arm makes when you work on larger drawings-most of my art I can't really scan in. But this little drawing was fun and uplifting.
Lightning, thunder, rain. I wanted to create a storm horse with yellow, orange, blue and white, combine then together and they're quite a sight. His chest cavity forges lightning.
My teacher liked the idea (I'm taking a drawing class for fun) and I needed a quick drawing to warm me up for the semester. I'm looking forward to the storms returning and hopefully my desire to work on some art!
If this was a pokemon it would be a combination of Rapidash and Pikachu. I live in the midwest and during most of the summer we have these awesome thunderstorms. You watch them form all day until around 4 o'clock, and they start to look menacing.
Mediums: Pastels on pastel paper.
Time: 30-40 minutes.
