Fly...Please Teach Me...

Ever feel internally torn before? That's what this piece is about, and the composition mirrors it. I am currently saying goodbye to someone I care about, but I know it will turn out good in the end. :heart:

I consider myself a fantasy artist, and I feel that it is my responsibility as one to keep advancing with my imagination. It is extremely rewarding when you accomplish a new angle or perspective by tying in emotions.

I love the feelings this piece portrays! Great work with the contrast between light and dark, it's beautiful.

I love working with blacks and whites-ink is a great way combined with pencil to do that-it almost makes a silvery/metallic look, though the scanner doesn't show it ^^
