I could almost swear that watercolors can sense fear...because whenever I'm afraid to try out a new color scheme things get out of hand.
It's also sort of discouraging when you find out that the paper you THOUGHT was professional grade watercolor paper is actually crappy paper that doesn't absorb the pigment right, and ends up spreading all over the sheet like mad. I'm in the process of trying out different papers and it is proving to be frustrating. I know it's a learning process, but I can't help but get upset when the paint doesn't cooperate like I want it too. Thank you for appreciating my are nonetheless.
