_Making Fire_

Fire, is a very unpredictable force, just like imagination. I feel I have bonded with this element and it continues to show up in my artwork, unintentionally. I’ve decided to let my style go where it needs to and to stop trying to persuade it differently.

Thank you everybody for the faves, comments critique and overall feedback on my art. I have been very busy lately but I promise I will find the time to go through messages. I always appreciate the time you take to look at my creations.

Pose reference was taken from a book titled African Predators from my library.

I will be posting a tutorial on how I drew this picture!

Materials used: 100% watercolor pencils on 90 lb. watercolor paper.
Time: 30+ hours. I’ve put this in the drawing category because 80% of the work is laying the pigment down with pencils, and 20% is adding water to it.
