I became extremely frustrated with this drawing a while back and almost didn't post it, but what the heck. I tried. His hand is somewhat large and I wasn't very happy with the way his hair turned out. Gosh dern Proportions! XD
It's out of my hair now, and I'm quite relieved at that.
O.O it's so perdy .... you should color it i think it would look really nice colored ... nice naturel colors like root browny-yellow for the hair. Autum colors for the leaves a soft pinkish color for the background. Buttercup yellow for the butterflys and pinky violet for the eye .... but thats just my weird sense of color.
Sometimes distortion or things being out of proportion is a good thing - I have to say I think this is one of my favs that you've done!!! *ponders coloring this one when she gets a chance...

^^ I tried! XD Maybe his hand is supposed to be that big...he's sort of an elemental so I guess that works I'd love for you to color him! I'm still going to post that one picture that I wanted us to do a colab on. I'm trying to finish up 2 that are both done in pencil and then post them side by side.

A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
